Job requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken German language
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in managing a test team
• An ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate
• Experience with payment types such as SEPA, SWIFT, PSD2, and XML/ISO payment message formats
• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, with 1.5 years of this in Test Management
• In-depth knowledge of QA and testing processes
• The capability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)

What will you do:

• Leading test teams and test processes, including planning, coordinating, and executing testing across organizations.
• Developing test processes and test documentation in collaboration with project partners.
• Reviewing and verifying test resource planning.
• Verifying detailed time schedules of tests, and aligning the plan with the Project Manager.
• Tracking preparation, execution status, and test progress.
• Addressing critical issues and risk evaluation.
• Managing E2E and UAT tests.
• Generating test cases and test data.
• Balancing priority, criticality, resolution plan, and possible workaround definition for openly known defects.
• Interacting with test and integration teams to establish the test environment.
