Ideally, if you have:

• At least seven years of experience in managing operations and overseeing change management in the IT industry, specifically in the area of software development, as a manager, project manager, and team leader is desired
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, operations management, operational excellence, project, and program management is required
• Exemplary leadership abilities, the ability to invite criticism, be proactive, adaptable, and analytical, and have excellent communication skills
• Extensive background in effecting change within organizations
• The capability of tackling intricate issues and obtaining meaningful outcomes
• Passion, energy, an upbeat outlook, creativity, and motivation to accomplish tasks

What will you do:

• Be responsible for overseeing all change initiatives, projects, and programs within the company and taking a personal role in some of them
• You will assist other Business and Functional Heads in managing, optimizing, improving, and expediting activities related to processes and projects
• Additionally, you will manage organizational innovation and help with strategic and business planning. This role will report directly to the CEO
